Postecoglou’s efforts were in vain, as the ball rolled out of reach, and he jokingly clutched at the back of his thigh when turning back towards the dugout. Spurs have picked up injuries on a regular basis this season – with the likes of Dominic Solanke, Guglielmo Vicario, James Maddison, Brennan Johnson, Timo Werner and Cristian Romero among those currently stuck on the sidelines.
